During February, we piloted on of the most successful programs to date. Ordering Appointment Cards
for doctor's offices in your area can get your claims up quickly.
We're in a Highly Competitive Business...
By now, you've noticed that lots of competing cards are showing up in key locations. The most important
of these locations are doctor's offices. It's where prescriptions are written, and the patients who
doctors see every day are the most in need of help with paying for their medications. Competing card
producers have recognized this, and have been busy making sure THEIR cards are in these offices.
So how do we compete? It's simple.
Make
sure YOUR cards are the only prescription discount cards available at
every doctor's office in your area by providing FREE appointment cards
customized for each doctor's office. It's the most effective way to
make sure they only hand out ONLY your cards to the patients they see
every day!
These beautifully designed cards can include the practice logo and physician(s)' contact information on
one side, and your Discount4Meds Prescription Discount Card on the other. And because you're giving them their new Appointment Cards for FREE, they're the only cards they'll hand out.
All we need is their LOGO and PRACTICE INFORMATION.
1) Start by visiting your local doctor's offices. You'll find that these practices are often grouped together
in medical office plazas, often within a 1-3 miles from a regional hospital. It's an efficient use of your time!
2) Ask the Receptionist or Office Manager if the practice uses appointment cards. Chances are, they do.
3) Ask for a sample card, and let them know, you'll be happy to supply these cards for FREE. Like any
business, they'll be happy to hear how you can save them money by supplying these cards for them,
with the added benefit of giving their patients a FREE prescription savings card, courtesy of the doctor
on the back. Be sure to tell them the card is complimentary, pre-activated, with no expiration, good
for the entire family, and accepted at more than 60,000 pharmacies nationwide.
To help you tell the story better, we've created a beautiful new FLYER you can hand out when you visit.
You'll soon be able to access and download your flyer online (Adobe PDF). For now, we'll email it to you
by sending us a FLYER REQUEST. Each flyer includes fill-able fields for your contact info.
Print them from your home computer or have them commercially produced at a local quick-printer.
The choice is yours, we'll send you separate PDF files for each.
4) Place your card order for each practice. Then send us a copy of the appointment card and/or logo and
practice information. You can do this by scanning the card (if you have a scanner) and sending us an
email, or you can copy and fax us the card. If the practice can supply you with a high-res image of their
logo, so much the better.

Starting pay level is $1.00 per claim
Reach 500 group claims and receive $1.50 per claim
Reach 1,000 group claims per month (or GO BIG) and receive $2.00 per claim
and now...
Reach 5,000 group claims per month and receive $2.25 per claim
Reach 10,000 group claims per month and receive $2.50 per claim!
As always, your pay level is CUMULATIVE for your organization.
Your level of pay is based on EVERYONE'S combined total claims, including yours!

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Doctor & Pharmacy Participation in the Discount4Meds Card Program
Area Managers have often asked if they can sign-up a doctor's office or local pharmacy to
participate in the Scrips4Less card program to earn commissions.
THE ANSWER IS NO. SORT OF...
DOCTORS cannot participate due to laws that prevent them from getting "kick-backs" from
pharmaceutical manufacturers. These same laws apply to prescription discount programs.
However, you can offer to donate a portion of the proceeds from a card program tailored to a
particular practice to the doctor's favorite charity. If you do this, you'll need to sign them up
as an Area Manager. We'll give them a unique Group ID separate from yours, so you can
track their donations. Be sure to clearly indicate in the sign-up form (an email follow-up)
what level of commission you would like their charity to receive, and where they would like
their charitable donation checks to be sent. All charitable donations can only be remitted
to IRS-registered 501c3 charities and lawful churches in the United States to qualify.
PHARMACIES cannot participate financially in such programs because they already have
relationships with Discount4Meds in offering discounts to their customers while providing cash
commissions to Area Managers for marketing to new cash customers. Earning a commission
would be akin to "double dipping" from the same program.
Instead of earning a commission, these healthcare providers can better serve their
patients and customers by offering the wonderful discounts our cards can provide.
